(No, it’s not reselling or affiliate marketing)

Disclaimer:
This is the business model of my buddy's accounting agency - I do not do this. If you dm me with questions, I probably can't help haha.
That being said, He's making $250k+ at 25 years old and works less than 20 hours a week, so it's working.
Here's what to do 🔽

Here's what to do 🔽
1. Find basic jobs online like data entry, accounting, or social media management.
It doesn’t matter what it is. It simply has to be:
• Remote
• Decent-paying
• Doesn’t require a ton of industry-specific knowledge/jargon

2. Apply to the job as an agency, rather than an individual. Act like you are a specialized team within that industry.
Tell them: “You get access to an experienced team, rather than an individual you will have to train.”
Here’s why: You’re not actually going to do this job.

3. Once you get the job, hire a Virtual Assistant/employee from the Philippines.
This thread from @SullyBusiness shows around what market rate is for different tasks.
By now, you hopefully see where I’m going with this…

4. You are not the employee doing this job.
You are the CEO of an agency and your newest “employee” from the Philippines is the one who will do the job.
You’re simply the interface between the company and you virtual assistant.
So here’s how you actually make money ⬇️

5. Let’s say you get a graphic design job from a company, which pays $4,500/month.
You hire someone for the Philippines at $1,000/month.
You pocket the $3,500/month difference and simply oversee their work - which should take 30 minutes or so per day.

6. Get 3 clients at this rate and you’ll be making $10,500 per month doing nothing more than overseeing a few virtual employees and interfacing with clients.
Go get a few more clients and then hire a manager to oversee these employees.
Then go sip mai tai’s on a beach 🍹 🏖

That's all there is to it.
That being said, reselling is still my favorite way to make money, which is why I do that instead of this agency model (which admittedly sketches me out a little haha).
