1) You don't watch porn because you're horny, you watch porn because you're hurting.
2) The urge to watch porn isn't the urge to watch porn, it's the urge to release negative emotional tension; your response to that urge is to watch porn.
3) The moment you realize you can quit is when you realize you feel better sober than you do while watching porn.
4) You need to replace the fantasy of watching porn with the fantasy of living porn-free.
5) The addiction is driven by your lizard brain's obsession for cheap and easy-to-get dopamine.
6) If those girls you're lusting after were right in front of you, you'd be repulsed by their energy and wouldn't want to have sex with them.
7) Remember the last time you went 7 days without porn and how good you felt, and how much energy and confidence you had?
8) Telling yourself "I don't want to watch porn" is as helpful as telling yourself "I want to watch porn."
9) It isn't the porn you want, it's how porn makes you feel that you crave.
10) Find ways in your day-to-day life that make you feel better than how porn makes you feel and keep doing those things.
