More often than not, the national tenant/retailer will have a page dedicated to their RE department with the contact information of their RE managers. This is the first place you should start.

Go on LinkedIn and search "Real Estate" and/or "Real Estate Manager" under the specific retailer you're looking for.
Scroll through the profiles and look for the RE rep that covers your market.

ICSC is the global trade association of the retail industry. It has 70k members and is a good resource to get in touch w tenants.
You can often find contact information from ICSC by just searching for a retailer and then typing "ICSC" and "real estate" on Google.

There are many services out there that compile contact information of national retailers/tenants.
These services are not cheap and can be hit or miss but if ur serious abt retail RE, u should consider subscribing to one of these services.

5. Brokers
Find out who the major commercial brokers are in your mkt & then go through the broker profiles/bios individually.
More often than not, they will highlight which tenants they rep. Sometimes, the firm will have a separate page dedicated to the tenants they cover.
