If you’re feeling lost, open this:
Do you want to be happy, fulfilled and bursting with energy?
Yet you don’t where to start and how to get there?
I’ve been there.
Here’s how you can overcome the feeling of being lost and find your path:
Yet you don’t where to start and how to get there?
I’ve been there.
Here’s how you can overcome the feeling of being lost and find your path:
The problem is we’re taught to believe happiness and fulfilment depend on external goals:
• The degree at University
• The promotion at work
• The sports trophy
But do they?

But do they?
A few years ago, I earned a PhD and survived a fitness challenge for which I had trained 18 months.
Externally motivated goals can get you going and through discipline and hard work you can accomplish them.
But I felt empty inside after those boxes had been ticked.

But I felt empty inside after those boxes had been ticked.
And when you feel lost, your motivation slips and bad habits start to form.
I stopped exercising, neglected my mental practices and I wasn’t who my family needed me to be.

So how do you find your path?
You need to identify who you want to be, not what.
You need intrinsic motivation and the desire to forge a better version of yourself every single day.
You need to identify who you want to be, not what.
You need intrinsic motivation and the desire to forge a better version of yourself every single day.
Once you have that vision of your future self, now you can build daily habits and systems to bring it to life.
And you need to embrace the truth that on the path of personal growth:
There’s no finish line.
And you need to embrace the truth that on the path of personal growth:
There’s no finish line.
What happened to me after I forged my vision?
• I got promoted at work, because of the leader I strive to be
• I get up at 5am each morning to workout and create a better me
• I've a blossoming marriage and strong relationships with my kids, as all I do is in service to them
