1. Sleep 7+ hours.
Stop depriving yourself of sleep by staying on your phone all night
It makes your less productive, stunts your muscle growth and increases chances of future mental disease
2. Create a morning routine.
Too many people just drift through the day
If you develop a solid morning routine your days will be 10x more productive and you will be way closer to achieving your dreams
3. Exercise regularly.
Exercising not only makes you LOOK better,
But you also feel a lot better
It makes you a lot more happy and itโ€™s a great way to fight anxiety and depression
4. Read 10 pages a day.
10 pages a day doesnโ€™t seem like a lot right?
Well the average self-help book is 180 pages long
Meaning 10 pages a day amounts to reading 20 whole books per year!
So worth it
5. Follow a healthy diet.
Weโ€™ve all heard the saying: โ€œyou are what you eatโ€
Itโ€™s true!
Eat healthy food and you will feel healthy and energetic
Eat unhealthy food and you will feel slow and lethargic
6. Start meditating.
Meditation / praying before bed is a great way to think about the day
You can organise your thoughts more easily and make sure youโ€™re not overwhelmed!
