I know it's meant to fish for relatable likes but it's starting to feel uncomfortably essentializing and exclusionary as someone who often struggles to fit in

it's especially jarring when people talk about neurodivergence and then goes on to list stereotypical traits of one very specific type, as if it's all just socially awkward introverted adhd and nothing else
I've become increasingly distant from almost all communities I would've otherwise been in partially because of this
