You'll have much more available headspace when you stop the need to remember everything.
5. Set reminders
Your phone can be a powerful tool if you use it right.

It will help you avoid forgetfulness and the procrastination that follows.

Start your day off with small wins that will keep you motivated.
- Wake up early
- Make your bed
- Do a morning workout
Small wins accumulate to more confidence, and ultimately better performance.
7. Improve your focus
Improving your focus goes a long way to fight procrastination.

- Mindfulness meditation
- Getting more sleep
- Aerobic exercise
