10 things you should do when you feel like giving up:
1. Consider this a challenge
 
It’s not always easy to admit that something is difficult.
 
You don’t have to stay in denial.
 
No matter how hard it can be, accept the challenges and face them with confidence and optimism.
2. Be grateful
 
List at least three things you’re grateful for.
 
When you focus on the good in your life, you’re more likely to appreciate what you have.
 
And that’s a powerful way to live – grateful, positive, and in control.
3. Get active
 
- Spend time outdoors
- Focus on a physical activity
- Take a walk when you can
 
Doing this will help clear your head, improve your focus and mindset.
4. Take some time for yourself
 
It doesn't have to be a full day of relaxation and pampering.
 
But taking 5 or 10 minutes for yourself every day to do something you enjoy can help take your mind off negative things.
5. Concentrate on what's positive
 
When you're feeling down, finding anything good in the situation can be challenging.
 
Try focusing on the positives, such as the progress you've made or the good friends you have.
6. Let go of negativity
 
Give up things that are holding you back:
 
- negative thoughts about yourself
- frustration
- worry or whatever else.
 
It’s easier to focus when negative thoughts are pushed out of your mind.
7. Zoom out
 
Sometimes it's easy to get lost in the little details of a situation.
 
But if you take a step back and look at the bigger picture, you will see the situation differently.
8. Be patient
 
When things feel out of our control, it can be hard to stick with them.
 
But regardless of how long it takes, things will eventually work out how they're supposed to.
9. Remember your why
 
Sometimes, the biggest obstacles in our lives are the ones we put in front of ourselves.
 
When you remember why you're fighting, it can help keep you going.
10. Asking for help doesn’t make you a failure.
 
Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness. It’s a sign of humility.
 
Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.
