Sickening to see universities mandating a 20-year-old man who got three doses & had Omicron to get the bivalent booster. No idea about risk and benefit balance. Clearly won't stop transmission (see CDC director) No logic. Just delusion. And literally a mandate. It's sickening.

All of the laws that protect people who mandate vaccines from legal action are ripe to be turned over by future populist politicians.
The legal cases will be a mess for sure. But there has to be accountability for bad policy making.
