The main objective of this training exercise is to help you as participants effectively and efficiently lead and conduct training session for Election Technology Trainers, RATECH and other election officers for 2023 #NigeriaDecides2023
It is imperative to state here that a large proportion of the success of the deployment of these technologies is hingedon the performance of Ad-hoc staff that you train and deploy for the elections. The depth of training given to the Ad-hoc staff will reflect the a
outcome of the exercise for which you have trained them. As trainers you have the direct and possibly final contact with these election personnel on training matters.
