Adding an interesting hobby to your life will help you in many ways:
1. Gain perspective on life in general
2. Have more stories
3. Build friendships around your hobbies
and these are just to name a few.

Make sure to pick a hobby that ACTUALLY INTERESTS you.
If you think you might like doing something, try it once to see how it goes.
If you hate it, you never have to do it again.

I'm a huge advocate for the gym and lifting weights, but as long as you have some form of exercise in your weekly routine, you'll live a better life. Other exercise activities include:
-Cycling
-Boxing or really any martial art

This is a sleeper, but TRUST ME.
Take some responsibility if you don't have any.

-Providing financially for close family
-volunteering regularly
There are many more way to pick up some responsibility, but these will hopefully give you an idea.

Having responsibility in your life will make you almost unrecognizable, especially if it is significant.
Your confidence will shoot through the roof and although it may not be your life's purpose, it will give your purpose for the time being.

This one is a no-brainer and one that I highly advocate for.

Consistent quality sleep will lead to your emotional and physical state being more consistent. This allows you to progress your life easier and with a better attitude.

One of the most underrated skills of all time in my opinion is the ability to speak well. To do this you need to read more and write more.

Reading more will increase your vocabulary, sentence structure ability, and just knowledge in general.
Writing helps you portray your thoughts in a way that is clearly understandable to other people.
Both of these activities translate directly into how you speak.

Someone who speaks well is always a memorable person, so try to speak with the best of your abilities at all times.

This one can go along with responsibility, however on a more random daily scale in addition to a longer consistent one.

Helping others comes in many forms and opportunities to help others pop up frequently and randomly.
This could be helping an old lady break in her groceries or giving an extra-large tip to the waiter/waitress at a restaurant.

Practice being in a giving mindset, and you will get a lot more out of life.
