I think i did a thread on types of demand and supply before, but then let this be a new or addition to it.
There are four major types of Demand and Supply patterns i trade;
-Rally Base Drop
-Rally Base Rally
-Drop Base Rally
-Drop Base Drop
It is important to also note that these patterns are classified into 4 different types of chart patterns as well.
Bullish continuation pattern
Bullish reversal pattern
Bearish continuation pattern
Bearish reversal pattern
THREAD!👇
RALLY BASE DROP(RBD)
The RBD is a bearish reversal pattern, it occurs when a market rally originates from a highly speculated liquidity pool/zone and goes on to mitigate a short term supply zone, and then reverse from there. Below is a graphical example of RBD & ideal entry.
RALLY BASE RALLY(RBR)
The RBR is a bullish continuation pattern, it occurs when a market rally originates from a highly speculated liquidity pool/zone and forms a base after hitting a short term supply zone, and continues the rally after a BOS occurs, thereby taking out the short
term supply to continue the bullish momentum.
DROP BASE RALLY(DBR)
The DBR is a bullish reversal pattern, it occurs when a market drop originates from a supply zone and drops into a highly speculated demand/LQP, and then reverse from there. See image below.
DROP BASE DROP(DBD)
The DBD is a bearish continuation pattern, it occurs when a market drop originates from a highly speculated supply zone & forms a base after hitting a short term LQP or demand zone, continues the drop after a BOS occurs, thereby taking out the short demand LQP
