Have something good to talk about. That means your principles and goals and things you hope to accomplish.

Eye contact. Keep it. Don't roam all over her body. Don't stare at her neck like a vampire. Keep your eyes on hers. And be relaxed about it. You can do this with your family members, so you can do it with her.
Nervous? Work on that. The more worried and skittish you are, the more she's gonna wonder why. It's like you're hiding something. A knife? A robotic arm? A fetish for murder? It's up to her to decide, and the math won't go in your favor.
Hygiene. Learn it. This is basic and shouldn't need to be said. But it does. Groom the beard and hair and take care of body odor. And wear a shirt with buttons. And actually button most of them.
Treat her like a human being.
This may take experience, especially if you've spent zero time around women you aren't related to. Practice it. But the more casual you can be as two humans spending time together, the less creepy you'll appear.
