π Today is my 31st birthday.

Here are 7 things I would tell my 20-year-old self:
1. Fuck what other people think, just do it
I held myself back for years.
Paralyzed by the opinions of others.
When I finally got over it, I realized I had been scared for nothing.
- Start a business
- Ask that girl out
- Be your true self
No one cares as much as you think.

2. Youβre allowed to be happy now
I used to think happiness was a destination.
One I would reach when I had accomplished some arbitrary set of goals.
I understand now that itβs a journey.
One that we embark on each and every day.
happy days --> happy months --> happy life

3. You donβt have to have it all figured out
"Who am I?"
βWhatβs my purpose?β
βAm I working the right job?β
These questions kept me up at night more times than I could count.
The reality is that NO ONE has life figured out.
Do your best, but don't be so damn hard on yourself.

4. What you do daily will determine who you become
Itβs weird to think of a time when I WASNβT aware of the power of daily habits.
Everything in life compounds.
This applies to positive and negative habits.
Your habits will shape your life, it's unavoidable.

5. Think about what youβre grateful for every day
I firmly believe this is the most powerful mindset shift we can make.
Happiness doesn't come from wanting and getting more.
That's a never ending cycle.
The key is to appreciate what you already have.

6. Age doesnβt matter as much as you think
In my 20s, I believed that life ended at 30.
Now I feel like I'm just getting started.
Like my 20s were only a warm-up for my 30s.
Starting early IS an advantage.
But never set limits on yourself because of age.

7. Take care of your health as early as you can
Do I regret partying in my 20s?
Absolutely not.
Those memories were worth a few thousand brain cells.
However, I would emphasize:
- 8 hours of quality sleep
- Less processed foods
- Lifting 3X per week
- Skin care routine
