Imagine investing 100s of hours creating content…
And getting:
– zero followers
– zero retweets
– zero sales
Your biggest nightmare…
Here’s how to prevent this from happening 👇
Research the market is the KEY.
Sounds boring?
Think again.
Let me show you the Mind-reading Market Research method.
Your research will help you create powerful content.
Content that:
… burns through the noise.
… builds intimacy with your audience.
… shows up your dream client’s feeds.
… makes people say, “Wow, that’s me.”
You see…
Doing good market research gives you
Mind-reading superpowers.
And with my method, you’ll find these 4 Essentials:
- One Burning Problem
- One Painful Emotion
- One Big False Belief
- One Fat Objection
Here’s how it works.
Mind-Reading Market Research method has 4 steps:
1. Write down client’s frustrations
2. Identify the 4 Essentials
4. Research online
3. Organize your research
Step 1: Write down client’s frustrations
Brainstorm about the common complaints your clients have.
Type that down.
Then turn them into a need.
(The need is literally the opposite of the frustration)
Step 2: Identify The 4 Elements
– One Burning Problem
What problem that shows up the most
– One Painful Emotion
What emotions this problem provokes
– One Big False Belief
What belief prevents them from winning
– One Fat Objection
What excuse do they have to take action
Step 3: Research online
Look for connections between what you wrote in step 1 and what people say online.
There are 5 easy methods for online research
1. LGT
2. Facebook gold rush
3. Amazon Reviews
4. Research your audience
5. Research the competition
Way 1. LGT
“Let’s Google That.”
Google is your friend.
Here’s a list of great search queries you can slap into Google’s search form:
Way 2. Facebook gold rush
Join a few Facebook Groups.
Search for “help with.”
And Facebook will then serve you all the posts where people ask for help.
The posts and comments are literal research gold.
Way 3. Amazon Reviews
Find books in your niche.
Read the 3-star and 4-star reviews.
And takes notes of common complaints – they’re the frustrations (wink)
Way 4. Research your audience
Regularly tweet AMAs.
AMA stands for Ask Me Anything.
I post 3 different types of AMAs.
Here they are:
Way 5. Research the competition
Search for viral tweets from your competition.
Identify what made the tweet compelling.
And read the replies.
Use this Twitter search formula:
from:username min_faves:300 “topic”
Example: from:joserosado min_faves:300 “writing”
