Here are 7 strategies you shouldn't live without:
1. Daily Kaizen Spreadsheet
This list should include everything from:
- Journaling
- Meditating
- Pushups
- Hobbies
Everything you want to become an expert at should be on this sheet.
2. Fitness Tracking Sheet
The best way to reach your fitness goals is tracking.
Track weight, sets, and reps for strength
Track miles and time for cardio
Use the LoseIt iPhone app to track daily calories (this can be exported into Sheets)
3. To-do List Spreadsheet
Separate this into 3 sections:
- To-do
- Parking lot
- Immediate
This gives you the ability to move tasks as they progress (it's a cheat code)
4. Finances Spreadsheet
It's important to use apps like Mint to track daily expenses.
At the end of the month you can put these expenses into Sheets:
- Food
- Home
- Shopping
- Entertainment
- Everything Else
Set this up to match your goals and lifestyle
5. Goal Setting Document
Goals are powerful, measurable goals are even more powerful.
This document will establish SMART goals that will set a vision, mission, and strategy.
Keep it in your dashboard and review it constantly.
6. Daily Gratitude Journal
Each morning, spend 10-15 minutes writing down your thoughts.
You can write about:
- Your work
- Your family
- Your relationships
Do this consistently for 30 days and watch your outlook on life change.
7. Master Parking Lot
An empty mind is an organized mind.
When you have an idea, place it here.
- Shopping list
- Places to visit
- Songs to download
- New business ideas
