There is nothing wrong at all with being a jack of all trades
It's actually a big strength in todays world
BUT...that doesn't mean juggle with learning a million things at once. Recipe for disaster
Focus on ONE skill...get proficient....then add another to the arsenal

I love this quote and it's very true
But don't mistake this with staying in a box with one skillset your entire life
That quote to me means don't chase multiple skillsets at once
Learn one. Then add another

Having a broad skillset makes you a VERY VERY VERY powerful individual
And the funny thing is, this broad skillset you build usually comes together later on to create a beautiful work of art that the "master of one" will NEVER experience
It all comes together

Everything you do. Every skillset you have. Adds to what you are and what you become.
