Your SIN is private and it is illegal for anyone else to use it. Be sure to connect with other students around preferably someone that already knows the ins and outs of the campus and the generality of how things are done, this would make your settling in so much easier.
And would help avoid a lot of time wasting of trying to figure things out on your own in such a new environment. π―
