First of all the survey, despite mentioning about 7 mil participants actually used 4,789 small business owners within the Oct. 15 and Oct. 27 period.
Is it enough data given the 52 states which equates to 95 businesses per state?
Now to the 37% figure.
We have been hovering around this number since may 2021.
We actually peaked in August at 40%.
The lack of data shows within the deviation month to month.
Here is a breakdown per category.
No matter what bad news for the economy.
However, this is likely the kiss of death for real estate prices, especially within the commercial space, which exactly what has been holding us back on the CPI and what the FED is going for.
