'No football in the concentration camps' β French poster calling for a boycott of the 1978 World Cup in protest of Argentina's military junta.
Designed by Jean-François Batellier, the poster shows the World Cup's logo between barbed-wire fencing.
The poster was issued by the Committee for the Boycott of the World Cup in Argentina (COBA), which was established in Paris a year earlier to agitate against Argentina's hosting of the tournament.
'Behind the screen: the reality' β Another COBA poster shows the shadow of an execution cast over the football pitch, with a quote from Amnesty International: 'When you applaud the eleven of France, the cheers will drown out the screams of those being tortured'.
