1. Prospecting - The act of searching for new potential clients.
2. Gatekeeper - The person which controls the access to the decision-maker.

There are 2 ways to acquire clients:
3. Inbound - Potential client who approached you (attraction).
Ex: content marketing, email enquiries, etc.
4. Outbound - Potential client that you approached.
Ex: direct message, email, networking.

5. Decision-maker - The main person who makes the decision to either buy or not your service.
6. B2B Sales - A business which mainly sells to other businesses directly.
7. B2C Sales - A business which primarily sells to individuals.

7. B2C Sales - A business which primarily sells to individuals.
8. Follow-up - The process in which you persuade a prospect to purchase your service. PS: you should do this 6-12 times minimum
9. Closing - The part of the sale in which a prospect agrees to become a client (my favourite).
