How I write 10 engaging tweets for my clients in 10 minutes:
Hint: The top 1% accounts do this
There's one thing I hear every time I speak to a prospective client...
"I just don't have the time to spend all day tweeting"
Here's the thing... Neither do I
This is the framework I follow to write engaging tweets in minutesπŸ‘‡
You've probably heard someone say:
"Tweeting is just saying the same thing 1000 different ways"
Behind every viral tweet is a single idea
If you can work out the idea you can re-purpose the tweet
This is the secret all the top accounts use
Here's an example...

The idea: People have a fear of looking stupid to their friends
This plays on the subconsious human desire to be accepted
And it's a POWERFUL emotional trigger
I'm both tapping into their subconcious, and calling them out for not trying
Here's how I would re-write it...
Tweet:
Making $10k/month online is 100% possible
You're just scared to fail and look stupid
I've changed the wording slightly but the idea is still the same:
'You could do it if you wern't scared of being rejected'
Re-writing that tweet took me 20 seconds
Now here's how I do it for clients...
Introducing Tweemex πŸ‘πŸ»
Tweemex is a free chrome plugin that shows you an accounts top performing tweets
Here's an example from my friend @DougKennedy93
@DougKennedy93 The tweet did well because it was short & informative
You can keep the idea, and repurpose it:
"Alliteration always enhances every top tweet"
Same concept but I've played into the alliteration theme with the wording I've used
@DougKennedy93 This doesn't just work for short tweets, but threads as well
You just need to identify which emotion the tweet is trying to trigger...
To learn all the subconcious triggers, read Cashvertising by Drew Eric Whitman
So what's the lesson?
@DougKennedy93 Lesson:
When a tweet performs well it means it's resonated with your audience
If they like it, write more similar tweets
Find the idea behind the tweet and identify the emotional trigger
Reword the tweet using the same trigger
Or apply the trigger to a different subject
@DougKennedy93 If you found this thread useful drop me a follow @char1iebennett
And help someone else learn this too by RTing the top tweet
