1) Scaling via listing groups
One hack most eCom store owners don't know about is listing groups are like ad groups with Pmax.
You can duplicate and have multiple running at once.
What we did for some brands was create different listing groups based on category.

You can separate listing groups by things like:
>> Subniches
>> Price points
>> Profit margins
>> Stock
The possibilities are endless.
The important thing is you monitor and scale only winning listing groups.
Let the campaign run for 14 - 31 days and narrow to one group.

2) Scaling via assets
I normally recommend starting with no assets to let the algorithm focus on shopping only.
After you begin scaling, adding assets to newer Pmax campaigns becomes an option.
This is because the results are flowing in with shopping only.
You can expand now.

For some of these brands, we launched other Pmax campaigns and added assets there.
It doesn't make sense to edit something already working and risk unprofitability.
Once a new campaign is launched, you can test all sorts of assets together.

3) Scaling via insights
Most eCom store owners ignore this.
When it's a literal gold mine.
On the left hand side, you'll notice a section called 'Insights'
We use it to find more keywords for SEO purposes.
The best way to scale is to use these keywords in titles & descs.

4) Scaling via extensions
Once you begin testing different assets, you'll naturally begin ranking for search.
One great way to scale is to add unique extensions within the campaign.
This gives the algorithm one more thing to test and can lead to a greater CVR.

5) Scaling via experiments
Most eCommerce store owners know about A/B testing.
Few know about Pmax experiments.
In the menu on the left, you have an experiments section.
We use this to test bid strategies, videos, and text ads.
Quick way to find winning variations quickly.
