- Get out a pen and paper
- Write down your life's problems
- Create a plan to solve those problems

His last coach told him to keep them on his phone.
When he kept them on his phone, he kept relapsing.
When he took them off, they stopped.

Whenever you think you are a f*ck-up tell yourself this:
"I am a porn-free man and I feel better porn-free"

Find someone who will check up on you throughout the day.
Someone who has been there, done that.
Someone who is rooting for you and shares strategies with you.
