Writing a literature review is not rocket science. Most scholars just donโ€™t know where to start ๐Ÿš€
Hereโ€™re four tools that will help you turn a literature review into an enjoyable process:
#AcademicTwitter #AcademicChatter #phdvoice #phd #phdchat #litreview
๐Ÿ”บ litmaps.com: shows you all the articles on your topic and cross-citation. Search using keywords, DOI, titles, and authors to visualize your field of interest
๐Ÿ”บ openknowledgemaps.org: comprehensively maps your research topic by 1) showing the main research streams within it, 2) identifying all relevant concepts and terms, and 3) clustering similar articles to make learning easier. It's a must!
๐Ÿ”บ researchrabbit.ai: helps you find similar articles or get notified when these appear, visualize article connections, and view author networks
๐Ÿ”บ elicit.org: AI research assistant that finds papers based on your research question. It gives you a summary of top-4 papers and shows 1) a gist of each paper, 2) the outcomes measured, 3) the number of participants, and interventions. It is WILD!
Use them together, or choose the one that works best for you. And just huge thanks to @LitmapsApp, #openknowledgemaps, @RsrchRabbit, and @elicitorg for your wonderful products that make our life easier โค๏ธ
