तस्मै मां ब्रूहि विप्राय निधिपायाप्रमादिने ॥ ११५ ॥

@Anmol17427237 And a similar verse, with more or less same essential meaning but different wording, occurs in the Sam̐hitopaniṣad Brāhmaṇa of the Sāmaveda. So, the “daughter” has communicated her decision both by Herself & through Smṛti.
