You cannot afford to skip too many days, you cannot afford to get high all the time. You can't eat like shit or stay awake till 4 am watching porn. Bc there's consequence. However, how does one make this dedication stick? Isn't it more likely you will quit halfway? Yes but..
This is where a change in identity comes in. Rather than thinking of yourself as a 20 something male, uni student whatever, slowly train yourself to think in these terms - I am training to run a half marathon, to compete in my first fight, to hit my first 10k month
A large amount of your habitual problems are just bc you don't do anything. You are doing way too less. This gives you way too much time you can squander on net negatives that then add up to become problems 2 years down the line
