@dxrsam_0@kaeshour Yes. We will get ङीप् by उगितश्च since the vyutpatti is from root भा दीप्तौ (to shine or glitter) with डवतु suffix. Since the final उ (उ falls in the pratyahara उक्) in डवतु is इत् it counts as उगित्. So we get भवती for the feminine.
@dxrsam_0@kaeshour Regarding भवति, you are correct that it's a vocative. You're probably wondering why the greeting in भवति भिक्षां देहि is not भोः given that Manu says भोः is the "नाम्नां स्वरूपभावः" and is commonly used in greetings, e.g. "अभिवादये देवदत्तोऽहं भोः".
@dxrsam_0@kaeshour It's because the रु replacement by the vārttika "विभाषा भवद्भगवदघवतामोच्चावस्य" does not apply here due to the nyāya "येन नाव्यवधानम्." So you can have [हे] भोः as an alternate form of [हे] भवन्, [हे] भगोः for [हे] भगवन्, [हे] अघोः for [हे] अघवन्...
@dxrsam_0@kaeshour However, for feminine we will have only [हे] भवति [हे] भगवति and [हे] अघवति. So ideally भवति should be used when addressing females and not भोः.
