Little wonder that anxiety is such an issue for people today.

If you are also predisposed to personal anxiety, as has been true in my own personal life at times.
This anxiety can be overwhelming, keeping you from moving forward in life.

It can be akin to a real sense of pain and suffering.
But pain can also be the mind's alarm system.
Telling us to do something different in life.

Anxiety in his view prevented individuals from reaching this optimum state of being.
