9 purchases ($100 or less) that could completely change your life:
1. Kindle
1,000 songs in your pocket?
How about 1,000 books.
If you want to read more, a Kindle is a no-brainer investment.
Sidenote:
Bringing my Kindle to bed instead of my phone has fixed 90% of my sleep issues.
2. Alarm clock
Speaking of sleep.
Leaving your phone out of the bedroom is a game-changer.
Switch it out for an "old-school" alarm clock if you want to overhaul your sleep.
Try:
Turn off your phone 1 hour before bed.
Don't turn it on for 1 hour after waking.
3. A community membership
The fastest way to accelerate your growth?
Join a community of high-achievers.
For $10 (or less) per month.
You can surround yourself with people whose goals align with your own.
I'm personally in @thedankoe's Modern Mastery community. (not a plug)
4. Blue blocker glasses
If you work at a computer. These are a must.
Extended screen time (blue light) can cause:
- eye strain
- headaches
- brain fog
Reduce it with a pair of these bad boys.
Another option is blue light blocking software like:

5. A nice water bottle
According to this study:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
If you want to drink more water.
Carry a water bottle with you at all times.

6. A good pillow
Yeah, yeah, we get it, sleep is important.
But seriously, you spend 30% of your life with your head on this thing.
Wouldn't you want it to be high quality?

7. Squatty Potty
Ok.
We've got sleep covered.
Now let's get into the real important shit (sorry).
But actually.
A slight elevation of your knees while pooping can massively improve the experience.
Don't knock it til you try it.
8. High-quality office chair
Alright, I'm cheating a bit here.
Some of these will run you a little over $100.
But again, if you work at a computer.
This is super important.
