It will suffer from selection bias. Only people neurotic enough to test themselves and report will send in the data. Anyone with an ounce of sense would not have funded this. They are hemorrhaging taxpayer money.
Instead of 'make my test count,' I want to see 'make my dollar count' with my tax money.
