Challenge your negative thoughts

• Pursue outdoor activities
• Avoid alcohol and drugs

• Practice relaxation techniques
• Spend time with positive people
Don't live a sedentary lifestyle

• Walking, running, swimming, or dancing
• Rock climbing, boxing, weight training, or martial arts
• Spending time in nature and acknowledging its beauty
Keep yourself busy
An empty mind will lead you back to the past.
