1. Instill discipline as soon as you can
You cannot become truly productive without having discipline.
SIMPLE.
The best way to do this is to be self-aware. Notice when you're getting distracted and off task.
It's also important to adopt good habits. Just start with adding one at a time. Adding too much at one time can be hard to handle.
Some examples of good habits to implement into your life are:
-Going to the gym every day at the same time
-Buying healthy groceries and actually eating them
-Working consistent hours on your side-hustle or business
-Drink enough water throughout the day
2. Fix your diet
Diet is something many people overlook.
If you always feel like shit, it's probably because you're eating like it as well.
Too much processed food in your diet can lower your health significantly over time.
You should monitor what you eat and how often you indulge in "cheat" meals like fast food or just processed food in general.
HEALTH IS WEALTH.
3. Wake up early
Along with going to the gym, waking up early has been a huge part of why I am more productive now than I used to be.
Waking up early consistently is beneficial for so many reasons:
-Less distractions - you'll be the only one up at this time
-You won't oversleep
-You'll get more done sooner in the day, creating momentum
4. Reflect
There are lessons being taught to us every day, even if they are small.
We rarely take notice of these and miss learning opportunities.
To stop this from happening, it's important to reflect on your day before you go to sleep.
What went well?
What didn't?
Could I have been more productive?
Did I make any regretful decision?
Asking questions like these will shoot your self-improvement through the roof.
