@Hadithoftheday The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ never failed to offer these two Rakats of prayer, whether he was at home or travelling.
Narrated that ‘Aa’ishah R.A said: “The Prophet ﷺ did not adhere more firmly to any naafil prayer than the two rak’ahs of Fajr.” [Bukhaari & Muslim ]

@Hadithoftheday Out of the Sunnah prayers, there is none that is equal to the Sunnah prayer that is offered before the Fajr prayer
Regarding these Sunnah prayer, Prophet ﷺ said in a hadith:
The two Sunnah cycles of prayer preceding Fajr prayer are better than this world & all that it contains.

@Hadithoftheday Narrated from Umm Habeebah R.A that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Whoever prays four (rak’ahs) before Zuhr and four after it, the Fire will not touch him.” (An-Nasai)
