1/ Th most obvious solution would be to use a VPN. Down side is most VPNs log your activity and links it your account. So it offers worse privacy than if you weren't using any. This is why you should buy a VPN that doesn't keep logs and you can pay with a crypto like monero.
2/ If you can want an even easier alternative, you can replace @metamask with @GetBlockWallet. This wallet ananomizes your IP and other data when you're interacting with contracts or making transactions. It offer a much similar experience to metmask. blockwallet.io
3/ If you only want to use metamask, you can simply change the RPC that your wallet connects to. One of the good ones is the one by @unmarshal details are found here:
