If you want them to pay attention, your character should be something or someone with experiences similar to theirs.

There’s no interesting story without a challenge. Yours shouldn’t be any different. So show the difficulties your character experienced and how they overcame them.

The villain is the shared enemy between your brand and your ideal customer. There’s no hero without a villain. They complement each other and make your story more intriguing. Include that bad guy. Your marketing needs them/it.
