6 months of consistent efforts can put you 5 years ahead in life.
Here are the 7 habits that changed my life for good:
1. Routine
Create a routine for yourself - some rituals that you do every day without a skip.
For me, it’s making a to-do list the night before and waking up stress-free.
It doesn't have to be a morning or night thing - just do what works for you.
2. Read a book
I read 8-10 pages every day, even when I feel at my lowest.
Always have a variety of books for different days and different moods.
I prefer reading non-fiction in the morning and fiction at night.
3. Writing
I don’t journal every day but I make sure that I write something every day.
Considering this is my work, it comes naturally to me.
If you are struggling with this, write whatever you feel like - maybe 3 things that you did today.
4. Workout
I am not a workout person. I barely exercise.
But I make sure to workout one way or the other.
Some days I grab the weights or do cardio, while on others I meditate or go for a walk, or play with my dog.
Keeps my body moving and makes me more productive.
5. Self-reflection
Social media can get toxic sometimes especially when it’s ALL you DO.
I always take 30 mins out of my schedule every day to sit with myself without distractions.
Just me, my thoughts, and peace.
It’s the favorite part of my routine. Keeps me sane.
6. Productivity calendar
If it’s important, I put it in my calendar and stick to it.
90% of my routine flows from what I put on my calendar.
I time block my entire day and it has made my work life so so much easier.
7. Safe haven
Make your room your safe haven.
A place you to, not a place you run from.
I swear ever since I changed my room aesthetics and made it super clean and beautiful, my productivity level increased 10x.
I just love the vibe and it makes me work more.
These are some of the habits I formed over the years.
But that doesn't mean I don’t screw up.
I still:
- work late hours
- binge watch Netflix
- eat unhealthily
- procrastinate
- don't wake up at 6 AM
And I am fine with it.
I make sure to follow these 7 habits and then do whatever makes me feel happy - without any guilt.
To have one thing, you don't have to give up another.
You can have both simultaneously.
Just find what works for you. Simple.
This is it for now.
I hope this helped.

Until next time. ;)
