It's impossible to grow your agency without a team.
But hiring and onboarding employees is hard and most agency owners suck at it.
Here's how @blackhatwizardd / @thedanielfazio scaled his business to $1M AND saves $44,000+ per year in hiring.
If you have an agency, read this:
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio First off @blackhatwizardd and @andrehaykalj deserve major kudos for crossing the $1M mark with Client Ascension.
How'd they get there?
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio I'll tell you how it DIDN'T happen...
It sure as HELL wasn't with Daniel doing customer support for his various SaaS companies and projects.
He's had someone that we placed into his business for 2 years handling that for him.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio The very first thing you MUST do in business is to get yourself out of fulfillment. This is the day-to-day grind where you are bogged down with doing similar tasks/projects repeatedly.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio It saps precious time, energy, and willpower that you need to focus on the MACRO part of your business.
A business owner should not - CANNOT - be doing things like answering help desk tickets.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio The other problem?
How expensive is it to hire a decent customer service person in the USA now?
Way too expensive.
The bare minimum is probably $4k a month when you factor in benefits and everything else that goes into hiring.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio And that's for someone...completely mediocre.
Small business and agencies owners CANNOT have mediocre. They're too small and the impact of C-level players is too high.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio Big companies with massive call centers can afford to have purely average talent because it's all a numbers game to them.
Get the phones answered and deal with the unhappy customers - the customers have nowhere else they're going to go when you're JP Morgan Chase or Samsung.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio An agency owner can't afford that.
They need the best.
And they need affordable.
Normally it's not possible to do both, but it truly is when you hire from Ukraine.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio Reason why is because the top-shelf talent from there is SUPERIOR to the mid-level talent domestically...
All while being SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper (like 70-80%) than it would be to hire someone in the States.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio So, back to the Cold Email Wizard...
She does all the customer support and more for his SaaS projects.
As he says in this brief clip, they're competent, they're capable, they're hard-working.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio She's been with him for TWO YEARS and he's saving thousands of dollars a month every month REPEATEDLY with none of the headaches.
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio I'm gonna take a WILD guess and say he probably wouldn't be hosting events with 115 people if he was answering SaaS support tickets.
(Okay maybe not so wild but you get the point)
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio In summary:
- You need the right people behind you if your business is to grow
- USA talent is not feasible for many business owners due to cost + mediocre levels of talent/work ethic
- Your best bet is to look overseas for premium talent
@blackhatwizardd @thedanielfazio To learn how you can save $44,000 a year (or more) by hiring premium talent from Ukraine in 5 days or less...
