By only paying $2k a month.

There's a point with every agency owner where they are just STUCK. Unable to break a certain financial barrier.
USUALLY it's around that $30k/month mark.

At this MRR, you're too busy with fulfillment to bring on new clients.
The lead gen aspect of your business suffers. You get knocked down to $20-$25k. Fight your way back up. Then do it all over again.
You get stuck in a vicious cycle.

You get stuck in a vicious cycle.
What if there was a way to break this cycle and get on the path toward big-time success?
There is, and it starts with taking a good, hard look at yourself and how you're managing your time.
Then putting people/systems into place to execute on the foundation that you built.

This is exactly what you need to do to take your agency from $30k/month to over $100k/month, without breaking the bank.
First, it's time to audit yourself.
Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Most people have NO IDEA how much time they are wasting on a consistent basis. An audit can help you find places to cut tasks, delegate, and automate.

How do you audit yourself?
Don't overcomplicate it.
A basic pen and paper will work just fine. If you want to be "fancy", you can download an app or time tracker on your computer. For the most part though, here are the key things:

1. Write down what you do in 30 minute blocks.
2. Write how many times you are distracted or pulled away from these tasks throughout the day.
3. Do this for one week, and take a look.

Here's what to look for first: How's your focus?
If every time you are attempting "deep work", you are pulled away by a Slack ping, a client email, or some other mundane request...you need to take a good, hard look and ask yourself if this is the reason you're stuck.

Constant small distractions add up over time to huge amounts of time lost.
Make sense?
This is just death by a thousand cuts.

Step 2: Which of these tasks do you hate?
If you hate doing something, you're likely to put it off, allow yourself to get distracted while doing it, and end up wasting 3-5x the time.
Figure out what tasks you'd really like to have taken off your plate, write 'em down.

Step 3: Which tasks are repetitive?
Everybody has those few things they have to do that just take forever...and it's just a time sink.
Take a good, hard look at those (common ones are payroll, social media management, answering the same customer questions over and over)...

For most people, the answer is a lot of them.

Once this is all done, you should have a very clear picture of is sucking the most energy, what is sucking the most time, and what is most critical for you to remove yourself from in order to scale.
This answer WILL be different for every business owner.
The good news is that there are always good people out there able to take on any job that you've deemed unworthy of your time.
That may seem harsh, but you should absolutely deem things unworthy.

Once this is done, it's time to bring on the right team members.
You need specialized talent that can handle specific functions. This will vary depending on your business model.

Stop going for the generic "overseas admin-person-thingy" and get someone who can ACTUALLY DO WHAT YOU NEED THEM TO DO.
This sounds incredibly simple but way too many people make the mistake of trying to hire someone to do EVERYTHING instead of just hiring them to do the 1 damn thing they need them to do.
In summary:
- Many agency owners get stuck at $30k
- You must audit yourself and your time
- Automate or delegate as much as you can
- Find the right people to delegate to (not someone who says they can do "everything" - good candidates don't say nonsense like this)
