1. Ireland accepts housejob of Pakistan. You must have rotated in medicine and surgery for 3 months each which everyone does after 2013 PMC guidelines.
2. First Step is to take your OET/IELTS during housejob or after your housejob ASAP.
Expenses for OET are 600 australian dollars. IELTS cosf almost half of this but needs better english and difficult to pass.

3. As soon as you finish your housejob, get your PMC housejob certificate made. It will cost you 3000/- PKR.
4. Make an EPIC ECFMG account and get your MBBS degree and PMC housejob experience certificate verified.
Total cost for this is around 500 US dollars.

5. Then you apply on Irish medical council website for registration. It will cost you 450 Euros.
You have to get all your documents notarized from Court and send them via Physical Mail (please use Fedex), dont use Pakistan post please.

6. Then there is a long wait of 7-8 months and finally tou get your Irish Medical Council Registration and pay another 500 Euros. You are registered now.
7. Then starts the process of job application. Apply apply apply. It takes time but you will eventually get it. There are people who got it within 1st month and there are people who got it after a year but everyone will get it if you dont give up.
8. Last step, you get the job, you get your work permit. And you move to Ireland within 3-4 months.
