Qala is brilliant in many ways and it deserves our attention, the brave and raw treatment and the inherent melancholy is flashed out beautifully as the visuals gets sombre with each frame backed by solid performances and mesmerising score that fully engross you into the misery.
What does an artist truly seek through artistic pursuit of perfection? The apt answer, somewhere in the climax of "to seek the truth".
