As an adult Muslim woman, your Islam should not depend on your husband.
Have a relationship with Allah &strive to please Allah on your own. Don't wait to be told to pray, or wear the hijab, or asked to seek knowledge, or prevented from haram.
Strive to be independent in worship

Yes we all need good company to remind us of Allah, and it's good if the husband does all of these, but let it just be a reminder, don't completely depend on it.
This is why we constantly need to improve on our knowledge of Allah and dua for His love, fear and guidance.
