@JoshuaGrubbsPhD @PaoloAPalma Diversity outreach also seems to be fulfilled by prioritizing other European students as well, or international students, rather than focusing on racial minorities. I don't think things like AA exist and in a few EU states using racial criteria for admissions is not allowed.
@JoshuaGrubbsPhD @PaoloAPalma Also admissions here is a point-based system that is supposed to be calibrated to merit. International students are guaranteed a few slots, but beyond that admissions are supposed to treat all students equally based on a blind rubric (grades etc).
