Russian "milbloggers" claim that Ukraine used explosive-laced Soviet-era Tupolev Tu-141 UAVs (pictured) to attack at least one of the two attacked Russian long-range aviation air bases, namely Engels (Saratov Oblast). The 2nd base attacked this morning was Dyagilevo (Ryazan Obl)
Russian Def Ministry claimed that Ukraine used UAVs trying to attack the Dyagilevo & Engels airfields, but Russian air defenses ostensibly shot down the drones and those "only partially damaged the hull plating of two planes" yet somehow there are 5 KIA & 4 WIA among 🇷🇺soldiers.
