The stronger your why, the easier it is to stay off of porn

- Specific to their situation
- Something they can envision
"I want to live porn-free because it leads to healthy relationships and high energy" is a strong why.

3) Figure out the root of your urges
Understand this:

It's the urge to release negative emotional tension.

Make sure you have healthy stress releases in your life to quit.

Find someone who will check up on you throughout the day.
