In the last year, several of our clients have sold their agencies and added over $1,000,000 in ARR
The best way to accomplish both of these things is by keeping clients
Here are the three best ways to communicate with clients to retain them
A Thread
1- Updating clients with wins & data
Regardless of how well we are performing, we must share the data and wins with clients
Doing this, when were performing well, gives clients something to put their mind at ease, and as a result, keeping them longer
Here is an example how one of our clients structures and shares SEO updates with their clients
2-Remind/update clients where we are in the process
Most clients, including myself, will work themself up in the first 90 days if you are not CRUSHING it.
The mind is sick, it will mess with us at every opportunity.
Simple way to execute this point:
Each month, share:
A- Where we were when we started
B- Where we are
C- Where we are going and expected ROI for us
Pair this with a graphic visual, and you're golden
3- Share lessons learned with clients
We want to show our value in more ways than just our direct service.
If we educate our client son our insights and lessons learned about their brand, ICP and market, we become more than just a service provider
Do this well, and the service fee your client pays you will be perceived as small compared to the value you bring to the table
