and based on the knowledge of Islam, by reminding them of what ALLAH and HIS Messenger have said against such act. Don't be quiet because you will lose your pocket money for the day.
Our sustenance comes from ALLAH and ALLAH is Sufficient for us, speak out the truth and ALLAH will do the rest for you. If you know speaking or saying the truth can cause you harm or you have no knowledge of how to present your advice
then hate the disobedience in your heart not the person and make dua for ALLAH to guide them and forgive them and if possible, find a respected elder to talk to such person.
