The process of reprogramming/deprogramming is a constant battle against the tidal wave of the system. It's more draining to forget than it is to learn a better way. But the reward on the side is your soul intact. So pay with pain upfront today for a brighter day tomorrow.
That's the hardest thing to accept for most. They don't see life as a battle field. No need to organise or long-range plan. It's more like a stumble around in 6-hour cycles running on satanic carbs/sugar sludge and caffeine for base-level energy. It ain't right.
What do you think happens when you constantly consume matter that cannot fully break down in your body? At best - it will convert to fat but only in and around the liver because it's so damm toxic.
And then you consider the non-physical elements that we all consume via free will or forced by circumstance. Example, you could wake up one and do everything right, then you walk into a store and hear Lewis Capaldi playing, those lyrics and the sad melody -
Will instantly put you into a lower-level emotional state, even if you are fully conscious of this fact, you can't escape the subconscious picking this information up.
That's how deep it goes when it comes to programming and the subconscious mind. It’s a giant metaphysical sponge that absorbs every single piece of data you expose yourself to.
