The most important skill to making money online:
Persuasion.
But most people don't know the psychology behind selling without being Salesy.
Read this to unlock your power of persuasion (I guarantee You'll dominate the internet):
Before we begin, let's clear something up:
If you use these 7 simple principles, People will :
- Admire you
- Respect you
- Hand over their money
And keep coming back for more.
Remember to use these principles responsibly, or you'll get "Cancelled".
1. The Framing effect.
People react differently to the same information.
Based on how it is framed.
You make your product or offer seem more appealing.
By putting a positive spin on it.
Use it to persuade ethically, not as a tool of deception.
2. The Bandwagon effect.
People follow the actions or beliefs of the majority.
And tend to conform to the norm.
If people see they are missing out on a trend or group
They will be more likely to join.
Don't manipulate people with tricks.
Instead, show the real results.
3. The Halo effect.
People's first impressions of someone often influence their opinion of that person.
First impressions count.
The way you present yourself affects your ability to persuade.
If you're confident, clear, friendly and likable.
You'll make a lasting impression.
4. Authority.
People are more likely to comply with requests.
Made by someone in authority than by someone who is not.
Here's how you can show authority
- Use real logical facts to back up your claim
- Using social proof from experts
- Show the real results
5. The Foot In The Door effect.
Convince someone to do something small.
They'll be more willing to do something bigger.
This works because it reduces pressure to do something to a minimum.
Makes people feel like they're in control of the situation.
6. The Priming effect.
If you prime people with something related to the claim.
People are more likely to believe
And make decisions based on how they feel at the moment.
That's why ads prime people with pictures.
That triggers the same emotions as words.
7. Consistency.
If you show people your claim is consistent with their existing beliefs.
They'll agree with you.
It's why people buy the same clothes over and over again.
If you want people to think something is true.
First make it true for them!
That's the wrap!
