2) Campaign Calendar
I create a monthly “campaign calendar” with the date, segment, and main idea of the emails.
I typically write 12 emails/month for clients (3 emails/week).

3) Email Campaigns
After the campaign outline is approved...
I hand it to my email contractor/copywriter who writes the majority of the emails on a Google Doc.

After the emails are written, we notify our client in Slack.
After the emails are approved, we schedule them in ActiveCampaign.

5) Reporting
After all emails have been sent for the month...
We organize the data in ActiveCampaign onto a Google Sheet.
Then, schedule a monthly 45-min check-in call with our client...
